Kenting
Kentin is located in the Hengchun Township in the south of Taiwan and is possibly one of my favourite holiday destinations.
It is a place where the ocean meets the land while rivers and mountains decorate the side of the roads you are driving on. People here are incredibly friendly and there are hosts of activities for either the single traveller or an entire family.
Summer in July is incredibly hot; slap on loads on sunscreen if you are on the scooter.
December, on the other hand, brings about the crazy mountain wind, a direct translation from Mandarin as to the name the locals use to describe winds that are so strong, you can barely walk straight on certain nights.
Over the next few weeks, I will go into detail about my time spent there, my adventures with Pan and the crazy stuff we got up to. In the meantime, enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Kenting from around the Hengchun Township.
