International Festival Chorus

The International Festival Chorus or simply the IFC is one of Singapore’s oldest choir.
It was first established in 1974 as the adult choral body of the United World College of South East Asia.
The thing about the IFC is that it is a non-audition choir and members join for the love of music. The backbone of the choir is made up of Singaporeans while the rest are filled with members from probably close to or more than 20 different countries. The age range of the choir is really wide; the oldest member is 74 while the youngest is 17! I was 16 when I joined the choir

I was very blessed as it was through photography that I found the IFC.
I was looking for a photo project to work on 4 years ago when I was invited by Mr Tay; the artistic director of IFC to do a story on the choir.
The project never really took off due to various reasons, but I never left the choir.

Good news for Lord of the Rings fans as we are the choir performing the soundtrack for the Live to Projection concert in Singapore!

Synopsis:
